RICH BRAVMAN
Chief Executive Officer
Rich is an entrepreneurial leader with over 30 years functional, general management and board level experience in technology companies ranging in scale from start-up to global S&P 500 public companies and across the growth stages in between. Rich has a proven track record in strategy formation, team building, fund raising, marketing, engineering, corporate development, product planning and operations. Rich is widely recognized as having a visionary eye and the ability to lead teams toward the development of the new categories that give shape to the markets of tomorrow.
Rich most recently served as Vice President, Corporate Development and CMO for NCR. Prior to NCR Rich was Chairman and CEO of Intelleflex, leading the company to its current position of strength. He currently serves as its non-executive Chairman. His career began in software engineering, as the fifth employee at Symbol Technologies. Over the following 25 years, Rich’s responsibilities increased across multiple roles, and he most recently served as its Vice Chairman and CEO. |

BILL GALLOWAY
Founder & Chief Technology Officer
Bill is a recognized thought leader in the storage industry. He is named on 24 storage related patents and has been actively involved in storage technologies and standards such as SAS, SATA, SCSI, Fibre Channel, and RAID. Prior to Pivot3, Bill was co-founder of BREA Technologies, Inc., a successful private storage technology company.
Prior to BREA, he worked for many years at Compaq Computer Corp. as a Principal Member of the Technical Staff where he architected and developed many breakthrough products for storage hardware and software. Bill has over twenty years of product development experience in storage and I/O technology at both public and private companies. |

LEE CASWELL
Founder & Chief Strategy Officer
Lee is an experienced marketing executive in the storage, networking, and digital video markets. Prior to founding Pivot3, Lee was EVP Marketing and Business Development at VMware and held a series of senior management roles at Adaptec (ADPT) ending as VP and General Manager of Adaptec’s $350M Storage Solutions Group.
Prior to Adaptec, Lee was VP Sales and Marketing at Parallax Graphics which introduced the first real-time video capture products for the video surveillance market. He spent the first five years of his career in management programs at GE. Lee has a BA from Carleton College and an MBA from the Tuck School at Dartmouth College. |

OLIVIER THIERRY
Chief Marketing Officer
Olivier is a highly successful and focused marketing executive with expertise in a variety of product areas including systems and network management, applications development and middleware. Most recently, he served as Chief Marketing Officer for Zenoss, a leading provider of management software for physical, virtual, and cloud-based IT infrastructures. During his tenure at the company, he spearheaded its successful entry into the cloud and virtualization markets.
Olivier also served as CEO of Fiveruns Corp., and Senior Vice President of Worldwide Marketing and Alliances at NetIQ where he was involved at taking a company from an early start-up to a large, publicly traded, software company. He received his Bachelor of Commerce degree with a joint major in marketing, and computers and systems from McGill University. |

JAMES HAJEK
Chief Financial Officer
James is a seasoned financial and operations professional with extensive experience building teams and helping companies expand profitability, shape capital structures and raise equity. He has held finance and accounting positions in start-ups and multi national companies. Prior to Pivot3 James served as CFO GE Asset Intelligence, LLC an international M2M telematics services company, where he was responsible for crafting a value-driven strategy, establishing new distribution channels and key vendor relationships that led to the company’s acquisition by ID-System, Inc. Earlier, James served as the CFO and VP of finance for Terion, Inc., a domestic M2M telematics company, where he oversaw the company’s acquisition by General Electric Co. He began his career at KPMG Peat Marwick.James is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and earned his B.B.A. degree from The University of Texas. |

MARK MODICA
Vice President Business Development, Video Surveillance
Mark is an experienced financial executive with broad company lifecycle experience at both start-up and mature companies. Prior to Pivot3, Mark held CFO roles at DigitalBridge Communications, StoredIQ and was the founder and CEO of CyberCFO, a venture-backed firm providing financial services to emerging growth companies and Venture Funds. He started his career at Deloitte and Touche.Mark is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Masters degree in Accounting from Northeastern’s Graduate School of Professional Accounting and an undergraduate degree from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut. |

CURT WITTICH
Vice President and GM Sales, Americas
Curt is a proven sales leader who is responsible for overseeing sales efforts in the Americas for Pivot3. Prior to Pivot3, Wittich held VP roles with Pillar Data Systems, where he led worldwide sales efforts, and a series of senior management positions during his tenure with Hitachi Data Systems, a $2.5-billion subsidiary of Hitachi Ltd., ending as Senior VP and General Manager, Americas. Overall, Curt has more than 20 years of experience in senior sales roles with leading companies in the IT industry.Curt holds a MS in Computer Science and a BA in Computer Science/Business Administration, North Dakota State University. |

DIETER KONDEK
Vice President and GM Sales, International
Dieter Kondek is an experienced sales executive with more than 30 years of experience in the technology market. Dieter brings physical security experience from his roles as Chief Operating Officer of Dallmeier Electronics and President and CEO of Agent Video Intelligence. Dieter also has substantial IT sales experience and has held leadership positions at Computer 2000 Group, Dell Computer and IBM. |

DEBORAH MacCALLUM
Vice President of Engineering
Deborah is a recognized technology leader with more than 25 years of experience in the IT industry. As Vice President Engineering for Pivot3, she drives product development execution for the Pivot3 suite of storage solutions. Prior to Pivot3, Deborah held senior-level positions at EMC, where she worked on cloud-based systems. She has extensive experience in network, server and storage management solutions from her tenure as VP Engineering at Voyence, which was acquired by EMC. She also served as Vice President of Development and Co-Founder at SilverBack Technologies, which was purchased by Dell.Deborah holds a M.S in Computer Science from the University of Houston. |
