Pivot3 is dedicated to providing the highest level of customer satisfaction. Our warranties, maintenance plans and service offerings are designed to ensure smooth installations and an on-going level of responsiveness and customer support.


The following Services are available to customers and partners for all Pivot3 Products.


Standard 3 Year Hardware Warranty

The Pivot3 standard hardware warranty is included free of charge with each product purchase and provides 3 year return-to-factory advance replacement parts with free ground transportation. Extended warranties can be customized by request.


Standard Support Plan

Standard Support is free of charge with each product purchase, providing smooth product installation and setup. Standard support includes 8 hour x 5 day telephone and email support during business hours along with any required product updates or fixes for the first 90 days. Standard support hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM central time, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.


Premium Support Plan

Premium Support is available on an annual basis for customers interested in more direct access to Pivot3 support resources. Premium Support extends support hours to 24 hour x 7 day telephone support, includes software updates for a full year and adds overnight cross-shipping of hardware replacement parts.


Customer Training and On-Site Services

Pivot3 Support Engineers are available to assist with custom configurations, provide onsite support for large-scale installations, and provide reseller and end-customer training and support as needed.
