In the midst of the unprecedented global health crisis, I wanted to reach out to our valued clients, as well as our community, as a whole. There is a great deal of uncertainty and unpredictability right now as news and events seem to unfold by the hour.
I would like to personally reaffirm that Pivot3 remains committed to providing our customers and partners a consistent, reliable and best-in-class experience. Effective last week, Pivot3 implemented a work-from-home policy for all employees to ensure we are doing our part to limit the spread of illness and to ensure the health of our teams, our communities and our neighbors around the world. This doesn’t mean we are not here when you need us.
Pivot3 is already a fairly virtual company, with offices around the globe and a staff who are used to collaborating online. As a result, our policy will not affect our ability to support you or how you reach us. Continue to use the same phone number and online method you typically employ. Our Support Portal login and a list of all Support phone numbers are available here. As always, our team is available 24×7 to assist you.
If you’re currently in conversations with our sales team about expanding your Pivot3 infrastructure, the team will be in touch to continue discussions virtually. Customer and partner preferences where installations or in-person meetings are necessary will be honored.
Global health and economic challenges bring out the best in people. We recognize that the applications we support for your business are mission-critical, and we remain committed to making sure our systems and your business are resilient. If you have any questions or concerns about our response to this global crisis, please reach out. I value the opportunity to talk with customers and partners, particularly in these challenging times.
Stay safe, stay healthy, and take care of one another. We’re all in this together.
